2025 Pricing Sheet

Pre-Production

A great video is only possible through well-thought-out pre-production and creative ideas. This rate covers all the time it takes for concept creation, researching, scriptwriting, scheduling, shot list creation, location scouting, and talent search.  

$25/Hour

$200/Day

Includes one videographer and one lighting assistant (if needed). Our filming rate includes 4k video coverage, professional lighting, audio recording, and stabilizers. We're insured with both gear and general liability for every shoot. 

Production

$1250/Full Day - 8 Hours

Post-Production

This rate includes editing, advanced color grading, transitions, basic VFX, sound design, commercial music/SFX, 4K digital downloads, and one year of storage of raw footage. Each editing session includes one complimentary revision.

$100/Per Hour

As a rule of thumb, it generally takes twice the amount of editing time in relation to filming time. 

Ex: One full day of filming requires two full days of editing. 

Drone Coverage

$200/hour

Additional birds-eye view filmed by a licensed FAA drone pilot.

Additional Cost

2nd Video Shooter

 $400/Half Day - $800/Full Day

Depending on the complexity of the project, an additional videographer may be needed to manage multi-cam coverage. 

RAW Footage

$500

The client has the option to access raw footage delivered through an online drive. 

On Set Photographer

$400/Half Day - $800/Full Day

This is a great way to obtain high-quality photos that can be used as additional advertising assets.  

Production Assistant

$150/Half Day - $300/Full Day

Depending on the scope of the project, additional hands may be needed. 

Overtime

$150/ Hour if filming exceeds 8 hours  

$75/hour for editing revisions only.

Budgeted Cost

Depending on the scope of the project, we request an additional budget to work with if the items below are required. These costs may vary depending on location, time, and experience. We work with every client's budget on finding the best options for the project. ​
