Sáng Visuals is an award-winning, founder-led video studio built on a flexible, project-based structure, collaborating with trusted freelancers to support productions of varying scale.

Founded by Hieu Luu, the studio draws from Vietnamese heritage and the experience of growing up in a war refugee family, where resilience, care for others, and perseverance were part of everyday life. That perspective continues to shape how stories are approached and why meaning matters as much as craft.

Before working in film, Hieu studied psychology and worked in behavioral therapy, shaping an empathetic, people-centered approach to storytelling and collaboration. That perspective continues to guide how the studio works with brands, organizations, and creative teams today.
