Since 2022, Sáng Visuals has collaborated with SIU Medicine across a range of projects spanning broadcast commercials, telehealth education, public service announcements, and internal storytelling.
The work has focused on clarity, empathy, and representation, supporting initiatives centered on access to care, mental health awareness, and diversity in medicine. It has been a privilege to partner with an institution whose mission aligns so closely with our own values.
From Rare to Routine
A broadcast commercial illustrating the full scope of care provided by SIU Medicine, from everyday checkups to life-changing treatment.
The film follows a family across generations, moving from childhood care to prenatal imaging and cancer treatment, before bringing them together in a moment of relief and connection. Through fluid transitions and unified lighting, the piece was designed to feel seamless and human, reinforcing the idea that SIU Medicine is equipped to care for every stage of life, rare or routine.

A series of educational videos designed to introduce the community to SIU Medicine’s telehealth services.
Each piece paired clear, practical information with small cinematic moments, using simple stories to show how care can extend beyond the clinic. The videos focused on accessibility and reassurance, helping viewers understand how telehealth fits naturally into everyday life.

Mental Health Initiative PSA
A public service announcement featuring Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker alongside SIU Medicine leadership, addressing statewide mental health initiatives.
The piece focused on clarity and presence, allowing leadership voices to speak directly to the importance of access, support, and care.

Community Voices Panel Series
A series of educational panel films was created to center the voices of people of color within the community.
The project captured open conversations around healthcare experiences, challenges, and trust, offering space for stories that are often underrepresented. Designed as a listening tool for physicians and care providers at SIU Medicine, the films helped surface lived perspectives with honesty and care, encouraging deeper understanding and more inclusive approaches to care.
